Seven artists from Uzhhorod, Kyiv, and Zaporizhzhia sent their families to safe places and got registered with the enlistment office.

Waiting for the call-up, they set up a small production of portable stoves for the front that’s not far from Uzhhorod. Such stoves are called “shpor” or “pietsyk” in Zakarpattia.

“If there is a fire in the house, there will be hope for people” – say the artists.

Previously at the studio where they work, art symposiums and residences were held. But now – among the metal objects and sculptures, artists create not only “shporik”, but also portable “hedgehogs”, the tool that cuts quite well tires of the Russian equipment.
